Theatre 80 is a historic off Broadway venue with a wide auditorium that has excellent sight lines and no obstructed views. We have hosted plays, musicals, concerts, film screenings, comedy and improv, dance recitals, book events, lectures, private parties and more. In general, One Night Events are booked Sundays through Wednesdays. Weekend Main Stage Events are typically rented in blocks of three or more performances. All performance rentals include front of house staff, online ticket sales, and a standard repertory light plot and sound system. All renters are required to have Liability Insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000.00.
Though we are often booked several months to a year in advance, prospective renters are encouraged to contact us for current availability.
